New beginnings!

I was offered a position as a guidance counselor at different high school and decided to take the job!  I will be starting 3 days per week for the months of November and December and come January, I will be working full time.  This is a wonderful opportunity for me as I have 100 less students on my caseload and will have a much more manageable caseload, making working full time something I think I will enjoy!

First snow in New England 2012!

Last weekend I traveled to Chicago for just 1 wonderful day to Chicago for Neil's baptism.  Here are a few pics Dad took of us.  I will post more when I have more!

It has been about a month since I updated the blog and I wanted to add pictures of Ariana's birthday party!  Here they are.  We had a wonderful time!

Ariana's first cupcake on her birthday!!!!!!!

Today is Ariana's 1st birthday.  What a blessing and joy this past year has been.  I am so happy to be a mother, a wife, a daughter, and a sister.  I feel so lucky in my life and am just enjoying every day.  Mark and I are so thrilled to have Ariana in our lives and we couldn't imagine life without her.  Today, we have already indulged in donuts for breakfast, a car ride with the seat facing forward, a balloon from grampy, playing in the new playhouse, and after the doctor's appointment we will go to get a cupcake and go to play at an indoor playground called "Monkey Joe's" with Auntie Jen.  Tonight the D'Angelos will come over for a pizza and cupcakes dinner and we will sing Happy Birthday for the 1st time to Ariana.  What a perfect way to celebrate the best person I know, our little Ari.  Love you!
